Toilet Hygiene

i. To check the working conditions of drain pipes, main sanitary apparatus, water taps and
report to the concerned authority any fault for rectification.
ii. To provide all toilet cleaning materials such as detergents, air fresheners, hand was soap,
coloured toilet balls and detergents.
iii. To disinfect the toilet facilities twice a day, morning and afternoon.
iv. Empty waste baskets and receptables
v. Clean mirrors, dispensers and all toilet fittings
vi. Spray air fresheners in toilet rooms.

Garbage Collection

i. All garbage and litter generated from the offices and during the cleaning process must be
collected and disposed immediately to designated areas.
ii. After emptying and disposing of the litter, all dustbins and dumpsters should be washed
and dried.

Specifications

From our evaluation of sites, the services to be rendered can be categorized as follows;

Cleaning of offices, Corridors, Stores, Kitchens, Staircases and Fire escapes, Toilets and other specified facilities using appropriate cleaning detergents and materials.

Provision of all cleaning detergents, approved air fresheners, tissue papers, colored naphthalene balls to all urinals, dispenser hand washing cream or soap where dispensers and not available.

Sweeping and Cleaning of Roads, Pathways and Parking, Cleaning and Clearing of Open Drains within the complex and along the Access Roads.

Scope of Services

Within the office Building
For the purpose of maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and decorum, our obligation
will at a minimum include the following:-

To remove all rubbish, dirt, stain, spills or foreign objects on r on or around the surfaces and to ensure that they are free of any blemish.

To ensure that all areas are free from foul or unpleasant odour.

To sweep the basement daily and wash atleast once a week.

To ensure that all polished or smooth surfaces retain their original gloss.

To collect and dispose of all rubbish, dirt, waste materials or refuse from the building to the place designated for this purpose
